From unfit to fit

Like many of my decisions, this was also one of the sudden decisions, it did take me one week to decide whether to begin with Keto. Since I have gone through diets in the past and I didn't want to repeat diets again. So I listened and listened for one week watched lots of videos of Dr. Berg. After understanding the inner science of the diet, I came to the conclusion it makes sense, and not being hungry all the time will make my diet easier. My Reasons to begin Keto: overweight 95..97 ( main reason), stiffness in muscle (especially after waking up in the morning), feel sleepy after eating specially huge meals, forgetting where did I park my car most often. Thank you Dr berg, my next project is to improve the health of my mother, she has already improved a little bit, she has Osteoarthritis on the knee. Last three weeks, she walks like she didn't walk for years. Once again, I thank the whole team of Dr. Berg.
