Food was killing me

I started in 2016 doing lazy keto and walking. I barely could walk down the block,  had high blood pressure and was told I was diabetic, and the doctor was afraid I would have a stroke. I knew I had to make some changes. I had a new grand baby and I knew I had to start changing my life! I started following keto groups and Dr. Berg. I followed for along time taking in knowledge, making changes, increasing my exercise, cutting out sugar and bad carbs, eating healthier.  Over 280 pounds I have lost - a whole new me so much more energy! This has been a big life change now have lots of energy and feel a lot better! Thank you Dr. Berg for your videos and your insight, and help and the support of all the ones that have shared their storie and recipes. I learned nutrition is number 1, but exercise is important too.
