Finally, Weight Loss!

I've been struggling with my weight for many years and finally began Keto. I was introduced to keto by friends who looked great after each losing their weight. My husband and I thought: "We can do this! It's like the healthy eating we grew up on!" So, on January 3rd, 2021, we began our Keto-journey. To date, my husband has lost 34 pounds and looks wonderful. Sadly, I've only lost 18 pounds. I've discovered I may be insulin resistant or even have an adrenal body type. I believe that with intermittent fasting, I'm now on the road to recovery and weight loss. I actually feel great eating one meal a day! Thank you, Dr. Berg for your encouragement and knowledge. It's helping me.
