I've done just KETO for a few years now and had some results but would just put the weight back on through binging. I started out at somewhere around 220 and slowly went into IF about the 2nd week into April. I eat as clean as I can and Keto along with it, keeping my carbs as low as I can but eating nutrient-dense foods.
Today was my 1st weigh-in since starting and I'm down 15 lbs!!! BP is a few points high but NOTHING like it was! I can't believe it!!!
I'm so thankful that God sent me something to work on!! Thank you Dr. Berg for all your videos and help!
