Figuring it out

My name is Ariana Ladew, I'm 43 and live in Northern California. I found out about Keto from friends that were doing it. I didn't eat a lot of fast food but did have burgers probably once a week and then ate out on the weekends a lot. I started Keto a few years ago but wasn't being strict about it. It wasn't until Jan 2021 that I really decided that I wanted results and did a consultation with Dr. Berg. He convinced me that I could do IF and that if I did that I would see results. As soon as I included that and became much more determined I started to see results and achieved my goal weight after about 2 months. I've noticed that I feel really good when fasting and don't get hungry until I start eating. Eating more salads and vegetables feels really good. An average day on Keto for me is my morning coffee, a green drink of just greens and then lunch of a salad, meat and veg for dinner and a Keto treat after. I have not been exercising much at all. I think the biggest mistake I've made on Keto is eating too much sugar substitutes instead of just cutting out sweets, so I still have a big sweet tooth. My advice to starting is to have a definite goal. Do the fasting and don't snack or eat a lot of sweet Keto treats.
