I’ve been following your advice for the past 6 months. Doing a combination of intermittent fasting with the Keto diet. I went from 209lbs down to 189lbs so far. I’ve also removed a majority of chemicals from my life. Only eating good heathy meats, fats and vegetables. No more processed foods, sodas or junk. I really only drink water, coffee or plain ice tea. Feeling so much better. Still got a ways to go though. Thanks Dr. Berg!
