I have lost 46 pounds since December 2021. It took me awhile to process all the information and put it into practice. Dr. Berg helped me do that. Thank you so much! I slowly moved into 23 hr fast, eating one meal a day. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but my weight loss now is so slow. Starting weight 192. Weight now 144. I feel great and I'm never hungry. Hope my fatty liver has gone away. No cravings ever.. I want to reach my ideal weight of 135 eventually. Learned in video today that stopping certain coffee will help my body to burn my fat!
