Feel great & sleeping better

Hi Dr. Berg, I’ve been following your keto advice, plan, and have purchased your books for the last couple of months. Maybe about four months. Before that, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. They gave me a machine, and that didn’t work. They gave me a mouthpiece, that didn’t work.

I started doing the keto diet for health not really for weight loss but I did lose some weight, and I’ve been sleeping much better I haven’t had any episodes of sleep apnea. They’re not 100% gone but I’ll take 90%. I feel great. I’ve felt that I eat pretty healthy and take care of myself very well but since I’ve been listening to you, I’ve learned a lot and I’ve changed a lot of things. I have a lot more energy. My heart rate also has always been high for the last 10 to 15 years. I was even put on medication to slow it down.

Ever since I’ve been following your advice, my heart rate has been in the 60s. For the last 15 years, it’s been between 80 and 100 even on the medicine. My doctor has lowered the dosage and hopefully, I’ll be off completely. But now my heart rate Is in the 60s for the last three months. One could say it is exercise because I am an active person but I’ve been active most of my life and my heart rate has never come down. It’s always been an objective and a goal for me to get it down. And until now it’s never happened.

So thank you thank you, thank you, thank you so much, Dr. Berg! you’ve really helped me and I’m trying to help my family as well. I started cooking keto for my ex-husband and he’s lost 20 pounds. Your advice is not just keto. It’s healthy keto which is a big difference! I’m an "eat from the land" type of girl, not from the man aka processed foods, so your teachings really resonated in my soul.
