Fasting and Reducing hair loss, removing addictions too!

I did two 36 hour fasts the last month twice about 2 weeks apart. It has helped me a ton. I stopped smoking weed and stopped drinking after my last fast. Still going strong after 3 weeks even after some major life hurdles were thrown my way, which would normally put me right back where I was. My emotions are definitely in my face as a result. Before, when I was smoking weed and drinking I could hide from my emotions. As far as the fasting, it's great. I feel this clarity around 24hrs. By 36 hrs my brain is a little foggy, but I felt very clean. Now that I'm off the crutches I created, I have to pay attention to my anger, because I have a problem, so I try to talk to myself about what I'm going through. Like, this is your anger, it's not you, it's a reaction, you don't have to be angry, man, you look really silly all angry. Relax. That's going through my mind. I usually do intermitted fasting daily, only eating 2 meals. And occasionally a small snack, like fruit, nuts, cheese if I've been extra active. I learned a lot about fasting from you Dr. Berg and I learned a lot about hair. My hair has been growing back on the top of my head. I used to breakdance and I damaged my scalp by spinning on my head (all breakdancers have this issue if they spin) and with taking Horsetail, eating more eggs, eating brazil nuts, and getting away from stuff that produces estrogen, I've noticed a difference. Maybe I will never fully heal up there, but I think by fasting and doing things that are supposed to help hair growth in men, I've seen positive results, not just for my hair, but my gut and my brain too. I'm happy to upload a video for you saying all this. But I like to write, it's early, and I didn't feel like filming myself this early. Thanks again Dr. Berg!
