End of my stomach problems

So basically I am a healthy person. I don't consume any refined sugar or sweets and I use olive oil and I do wrestling but still, I was getting bloating acid reflux, and others. The bread was the last thing I would think of but it was the main problem as I naturally don't eat pasta and I can stay for months without eating rice but bread was a main thing everyday. I discovered after watching doctor Berg's videos how bad bread can be so I stopped eating it. I was amazed by how comfortable my stomach has become and not just that but I don't feel sleepy after eating anymore and even my brain works better. I thought it is better to talk in detail here than YouTube. So big thanks to doctor berg.
