Thank you Dr. Berg for sharing all of these informative videos. I have made the changes to my diet based on your advice and now eat healthy with intermittent fasting & added in some of your vitamins, D3 and K2, B1, wheatgrass juice powder & apple cider vinegar. My intention, in the beginning, was to eat to get healthy and in the process have lost weight from 78kg to 70kg. Recently, my type 2 diabetes test results have come back as the best they have ever been since 2006. As a result, my medication has now been reduced by 75%. I no longer suffer from aches and pains from inflammation while walking, sitting, sleeping. I am truly grateful for your advice. I feel great. Just wish I had discovered you 5 years earlier and I may not have lost one kidney and a gallbladder to poor health and poor advice from a doctor who just kept making me come back for repeat prescriptions month after month, year after year.
