I've been following Dr, Berg's advice for about 6-7 weeks regarding healthy keto and IF. It has been great! I've easily lost 11 pounds but more importantly other metrics have improved too. My BMI is down, body fat is down, muscle mass is up (I'm exercising too), and body hydration is up. On top of that I am seldom hungry because I am satiated by the increased vegetable and healthy fat and protein consumption. Even better, I don't count calories or "points". I eat as much as I want of the foods he recommends and I stop eating when if I feel satisfied. Even if you've tried keto before, his version makes a lot more sense and is much healthier than just adding massive fats to your diet. It's also pretty simple. Thanks for the great insights and advice!
