Hi, I started my Keto journey February 1st of this year. My goal was to get down to 65 kgs. I started at 83 kgs. On the scales I now weigh 66 kgs and have lost 22 cms off my hips. I’ve been disciplined. I fasted from day dot. OMAD at night. I eat simple. Lots of salads and vegetables and lots of good fats a little protein that is recommended by Dr Berg. I took on board all his advice and never caved in. I don’t have a sweet tooth so sweet cravings have never been an issue for me. I love my creams and cheeses and I’m so thrilled that with Keto, it’s allowed!! So a loss of 16 kgs so far! Thank you Dr Berg, (the Keto Guru), for changing my life.
