Hi, I started my keto journey February 1st this year. To date, I have lost 16 kgs. I started at 83 kgs. I have reached my goal at 66 kgs. With all the advice I took on board from Dr Berg, I was able to achieve my success. My diet consisted of salads and vegetables, little protein and good fats. I ate simple. No flash recipes. Just basic. No desserts as I don’t have a sweet tooth anyway. Thank you Dr Berg for teaching me a better way of living.
