At age 50 I was in a horrible state. Blood sugar at 180+ with weight gain very fast. Burning and sharp pain in my foot and numbness all over by body with a dark ring around my neck and muscle loss. I'm 59 now and I started keto at 54 and stopped smoking. My stamina was about 45 seconds of exercise on the treadmill at a fast walk. I followed keto strictly when the grocery was NOT keto-friendly. I had to prepare every meal myself. It was a matter of life or death. I found your channel and followed your suggestions. Along with Keto I took COQ-10,Bio Pqq, D3,MK-7, IP6, Mag.Citrate, E, and some nascent iodine (not too much though). I ate a Mixing bowl full of Arugula every day and sardines in water everyday. That sardine thing got old but I did it for a year. I also used the treadmill when I could. The result of this is a blood sugar of 80 before bed. No numbness anywhere. No discoloration of the skin. No burning or pain in my hands and feet. Lost 45lbs. down to 220 and mostly muscle. Height is 6'1'. I am writing this just after I stacked a massive trailer load of green lumber from a sawmill and I wasn't even breathing heavy. I had no clue how to reverse the damage and my doctor was no help whatsoever. If I hadn't found your channel ,my quality of life would be very bad. I feel great and cant believe I'm almost 60. I feel better than I did at 49. Thanks!
