Dedication and Determination Equals Success

I began researching how to lose weight, lower BP, and reverse diabetes on YouTube. I stumbled upon Dr. Berg's channel. So, I studied his videos. At that point, I was around 312 pounds. I began my weight loss journey, December 2, 2019. My monthly routine were as follows: 30 minute eating window with 0-15 grams of carbs, 72 hr, 96 hr, and a 21 day water fast. I traded margarine for pure butter. I stopped drinking sodas and began drinking zevias. I kept it simple yet consistent. By the end of May of 2020, I had lost over 100 pounds, reversed my diabetes, and improved my BP. I walked twice a day for at least two hours. Fasting is now a part of my daily life. Each month, I reset with a 3-4 day fast. I have lost over 125 pounds and have kept it off for over a year.
