In combination of adding vitamin D3 & K with the addition of Flax seeds (2 Gel caps after meals), Chia seed with my morning coffee my blood pressure went from 141 over 94 to 117 over 84. Oh, and I ditched my Calcium pill. In addition, I dropped a pant size. This supplement was a game changer in lowering my blood pressure.
