I previously and still to certain extend use Shaklee products because of all of the related health and chemical in all foods. I did my research, and I came across Dr. Andrew Weil literature, Carson Wade literature, Mark Stengler, NMD, James F Balch, MD, and Robin Young Balch, ND and even listen to Dr. David Sinclair, Ph.D., but the incomplete search of health wisdom have let me bump into Dr. Berg's Youtube videos.

Then ordered the newly republished Body Types Book in addition to the countless hours of his video in Youtube. After read and watched countless hours and related those relentless pursuits and my passion for health, I come to realize that I have done countless hours of accidental fasting without even realizing that it was small steps and changes of IF started since the end of May 2020 until encountered Dr. Berg phenomenon.

I started hauling 15 truckloads of dirt spread in my back yard in Loxahatchee Florida by physical means. I started with 156 pounds of body weight. At first tired, exhausted, and fatigue. Then as I endured and continued, I realized those feelings started to vane off gradually. As I love to continue that project, I come to understand without proof that something in my body was changing, internally, mentally.

From May of 2020 up until January 2021, then in January of 2021, I seek additional supplements to help improve my well-being physically and mentally to prevent unfounded pitfalls if I were to have done the wrong thing in this. Books after books no end in sight, I found enlighten in Dr. Berg's Youtube videos, books, cruciferous drink, then do proper IF, sea kelp, and Dr. Berg's Nutritional Yeast, MCT oil led to ACV. 

It's an amazing revelation. As in my physical body, I have no weight to lose, just to be a model so I can convince my wife to follow to alleviate her Thyroid Body Type complication. I saw evidence in Dr. Berg's techniques, it's working amazingly wonder. My wife and I used to survive on carbs, white rice, days in days out countless servings per day. Now, our carb consumption has greatly reduced to almost 5% carb from 100%. Our journeys are rolling. Hope to say more next time. Thanks, Ross saroeuth and Chanthien
