Crippled to killing it!

When I was 18, I had a sports injury that killed my lower back. I had a ruptured L5. Ever since, I've gone through these cycles of activity where I could lift weights and excessive for a few months, then have to take time off due to inflammation that would last anywhere from a few days to a few months. Winter of 2012 was my worst. My L5 disc slipped so bad I was basically bed ridden for 4 months. Physio 3 times a week. Nothing seemed to help. I eventually got movement back but it drastically reduced my ability to work and live an active life. I looked at surgery, drugs, anything that would help, but here in Canada nothing in the health system moves quickly. It took 2 years just to get a referral to a specialist. I got one consultation. To this day, I have never got a call for a follow-up. This led me to start doing my own research. 2 years ago I stumbled on keto as a possible solution to reduce inflammation. This rabbit hole brought me to Dr. Berg. Using the advice from his channel and others, I've made drastic changes to my lifestyle. It took time, but I HAVE ZERO BACK PAIN!!!! I'm very active, I lift weights daily. I have a 300lbs dead lift! I'm now under 10% body fat, strong and most importantly, I HAVE A LIFE AGAIN. As a Carpenter by trade, I can also earn more money just by my ability to do more work! I'm stronger and healthier than I've ever been. I'm now a fanatic, lol. Thank you Dr. Berg.
