Covid was the last straw.

Story

By: Joseph Kenne

Started Keto on November 16th, 2020 for many reasons. I followed you and 5 others from the start which turned my fridge and pantry inside out. The list included one angry ex-heart surgeon who turned vegan and bashes Keto every chance he gets. I have reviewed videos for at least 30 mins per day, since the start, to try and grasp all of the ins and outs, shoulds, and shouldn't. I met my first goal last month down 60 lbs, even with 30 days off in February for opioid consumption due to an unpassable kidney stone. It was not due to Keto since it was October when it started but one factor in me finding my first dietary change in my life at 48. I have done it without exercise to this point to prove something to myself and a few doubters. I am at the stubborn belly fat stage and feeling great. I think I have another 10-15 lbs. to go before I start to buy new clothes. Another reason for the change was due to losing my father, mother-in-law, and father-in-law to glioblastoma. Was disappointed in one of your most recent videos about research on stats of ketones and their relationship to cancer cells formulation, which is unfortunate. As my pantry and deep freezer are almost converted over to Keto, I will be looking over possibly purchasing some of your products as I look into them more. I don't know if you run 1st-time deals or certain months out of the year discounting. I do OMAD during the workweek and 18-6 or a variance on the weekends as the "starvation diet" is still thrown my way once every couple of weeks by some people. Plus, so far the knee joints and one shoulder inflammation are gone, energy from 20 years ago is back, highly reduced physical stress felt in my chest from anxiety and sleeping is better. I do have one interesting question, I have always had a low tolerance for higher temperatures outside and now the influence of the heat on my body seems to have dropped dramatically this summer, why is that LOL? Still learning daily but you are a great help. You and your colleagues keep smacking down traditional doctors standing for the farce of a government food pyramid please. Maybe you and your like-minded professionals can invest in more organic meats and start bringing down some of those prices with your own farms. I think legitimate organic products is probably the way of the future after more and more of us start to understand the food industrial complex. P.S. How is that ice cream you had been working on?
