Consistent Prolonged Fasting + Daily 15 to 20 Minute Sets of High Intensity Interval Training for the Win

My diet was triggered in February 2021 by simply doing a google search on what was the daily recommended sugar intake for men and it said 36g. I was consuming in the 100's and when I dropped that, my weight started falling. Soon after, I came across Dr. Berg's videos on YouTube and he spoke of keto and intermittent fasting. I started the plan and got more invested then I watched more videos on prolonged fasting and insulin resistance.
Over time, it became clear to me that weight loss is a hormonal thing and once I gathered the right knowledge from Dr. Berg, I applied it. I started off with intermittent fasting of 16 - 8 with two meals then it became 20 - 4 then one meal a day, one meal in two days, one meal in three and now I eat every four days as best as I can but I decided to eat normally on the fourth day.
The longest I fasted for was five days, exactly 120 hours. I lost 30kg in seven months with this plan. Not a minute I spent in the gym to achieve this because of the consistency of the prolonged fasting. Thanks, Dr. Berg, for years I tried to lose weight and failed due to not having the right knowledge. The hormones insulin, growth hormone, and glucagon and how they are triggered are the main ones to talk about when it comes to weight loss. Just great!!
