Hey Doc, I've been going the whole year NO sugar, NO cheat meals, and ONLY carbs from veggies. I feel amazing, the mental clarity is off the charts, energy, quality of sleep and I've managed to lose 75lbs so far. Your video on ACV is utilized, when to drink water, intermittent fasting, good fats and walking for 40 mins nice and easy has been my foundation. PS: I love that mineral water haha THANK YOU Doc!
