Clarity and a breath of fresh air

Intermittent fasting + Keto has changed my life. Not only was I able to lose weight quickly and effectively, but I also gained a new sense of confidence. I felt lighter on my feet when I do my daily walks, and my skin has become so much clearer and younger. Before, I used to be at the gym 2 hours a day, 6 times a week, and couldn't lose weight. I didn't know why I wasn't able to lose weight that fast. Now I know, it was because I was eating carbs and sugars. The workouts I did was not enough to compensate for the things I ate. I have also enjoyed Dr. Berg's videos on Facebook. His videos are straight to the point and very informative. Health is wealth. I still do my daily walks and I try to get as much exercise in as I can. However, with the combination of intermittent fast + keto, it really boost up the weight loss to live a healthy lifestyle. Once in a while I can indulge in my favorite food and drinks such as pizza and bubble tea!
