I saw Dr. Berg is on YouTube lecture somewhere and I like the approach that he is making to a healthy lifestyle. FOLLOWING his instructions for 6 months now, and I lost 9 kilos(fasting, exercises). A life-changing experience, such as a better life (sex, now and then chat meals, overall performance). My interactions with people changed, now I am more friendly, learned to let things go and it's all because I feel great. And if you want to suggest Dr. Berg to someone (family, friends, your colleagues) I go like, you should hear this guy, because what he is teaching is not easy (you can scare them). First, make changes to yourself and they will approach you and ask what is that you are doing. Thanks, Dr. Berg for everything.
