I used to run 2 hours at the gym every day, only to control my belly fat. I was consuming sodas, bread, pre-workout juices, and all kinds of crap before and after the workout, only to replenish my glycogen.  I was too wrong until I found your channel! Because all we learned in college about nutrition was that carbs should be 80%, aerobics alone burn fat, avoid fatty foods because it gives you cancer, fasting is starving yourself and will lose your muscles, multivitamin pills are "the cure" that replaces your nutrition, and last but not least: "breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day" (even my ignorant doctor still states this ridiculous belief). Until I found your channel and saved all the agony while I was on a roller coaster from day to day, struggling to improve my image only to lose 10 pounds !!! For years I went thru hell !! Until one day, 3 years ago, I was looking up collagen on YouTube to research the benefits, and then one of your videos popped up, and I found your channel!!! Since then, my life has changed, I have seen most of your videos about fasting, the benefits of a ketogenic diet, when to exercise, etc. Asaf result, I was able to gain more muscles, lost all the fat, I have barely gotten sick, I have mental clarity, focus, my relationship has changed, I feel like an entirely new person, and I feel alive again Dr. Berg !!! You really have been inspirational and you have changed my life !! I really do thank you bro! We all can't thank you enough !! That's all I can say for now!
