Beating Diabetes

I am a thin person who thought I was in a fairly good shape, when in 2010 I was diagnosed with diabetes. I was shocked. I tried several things to turn this around and did pretty well on a vegan diet for a short while, but I like meat so I abandoned that and used exercise and staying off "sweets" and did ok. Then I went on a gluten free diet while exercising consistently. Well after that I did some lab work and my A1C was a 11.9! That is when I found your channel and started the Keto diet. It helped. But what really made a difference was when I added intermittent fasting and not eating between meals. My A1C started steadily going down. The last one was 6.1. Then I started a 24 hour fast once a week. My fasting blood sugar is now under 100 almost every morning. I can't wait to see what my A1C will be next. Thank you for all of your videos!
