I have used Dr. Berg's strategies for the past 18 months and lost 55 lbs. I went from 290 to 235. The amazing thing was the loss of pain to my joints and the amount of exercise I could do at 57 years old. I started training exclusively with kettlebells, short 20-30 minute workouts, and followed Dr. Berg's clean keto diet. Results were quick and made me a national champion at my age and weight doing a kettlebell snatch for 10 minutes— over 200 reps with one hand switch. Thankful I found Dr. Berg's videos and supplements.
