Body recomposition journey

Good evening Dr. Berg. On December of 2019, after finally deciding to make a change in my life and having the guts to face my truth, I weigh myself on the industrial scale where I work and saw a 517-pound number. I couldn’t quite believe it but I also was bought surprised, my knees hurt, my feet hurt constantly, I couldn’t do my job anymore, I couldn’t tie my shoes or even pick up anything from the floor. My job at the time was a high movement, standing, and waking type of job and I just couldn’t do it anymore. I transfer to a desk job making half what I was making but I had to because I just couldn’t bare the physical stress of my job. After weighing myself, I started Keto between December and March. I managed to get down to 466 pounds when the pandemic hit, I was sent home for 3 months during the pandemic shutdown. I continued doing keto and doing workouts at home I felt good but after coming back to work and weighing myself once more, I discovered I had lost not a single pound. I was devastated because I thought I was doing better but looking back, I realized I had many days where I was not 100 percent following keto as I should. I came back to work on June 21st and upon weighing myself something just clicked inside of me and I start stepping up following my keto diet over time I implemented intermittent fasting then I started cleaning my keto up removing processed meats, adding more vegetables, and increasing my fasting windows. I now stand at 355 pounds and heading down, I am now on omad and occasionally I do an extended fast to shock my body. The most impressive thing is my muscle mass and how I have retained it despite the weight loss. Thanks Dr. Berg! I watched your videos every day, I find you extremely helpful and insightful. Thank you so much for everything you do. I will keep posting my progress here in the next 3 months.
