Aloha! Since watching your videos, I have adopted a keto diet and lifestyle. Originally, I did it to help cut out sugar when I caught whooping cough from a coworker. His whooping cough lasted ten weeks (normal), while mine was cut nearly in half. I had it for just about 5-6 weeks. This is while he took antibiotics, and I did not. I took herbs. I seemed to also have far less phlegm than my coworker. While I was on the keto diet, I also noticed that my hot flashes decreased significantly, I was losing less hair, I also noticed I was feeling more energetic and getting sick less often. As a teacher, I am around kids all day, every day, who might or might not be sick. Given all the benefits, I will be staying keto until I have a reason not to. My quality of life now is sooo much better. Thank you, Dr. Berg!!
