Better Late than Never
By: Raymond P Clark
Where to start.. I spent 20 years as an Air Force officer and another 15 years as a federal civilian working at the Headquarters, Air Force, Pentagon. Saying I was surrounded by type A personalities is an understatement. Stress and pain were very much a part of my life. In that time, I have 21 surgeries for mostly muscular-skeletal issues, but included major surgery for diverticulitis. Oddly, my gallbladder stopped working, so that's gone. I also suffer from more issues, then a room full of hypochondriacs including migraines, fatty liver, fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, and high blood pressure. I did have a chance to attend one of your seminars when I was in the DC area but wasn't able to follow up due to the constant trips to the surgical bay, a nasty PTSD-inducing divorce, and a high-stress job. However, I finally retired in 2017 at 57 years old and moved to West Bend, WI near my sister and her family. I looked you up again and started KETO. I've been taking your gallbladder, blood sugar, and cruciferous superfood supplements along with the B-complex. I started with the 2 weeks of no sugar and low carbs. It was awful, but I did it. Then I started the KETO diet. Now, I will admit, my love of ice cream has been an issue...ahem...but, pretty much I've stayed with it. Plus, I am walking almost daily. Results: Went from 255 to 219, no longer pre-diabetic, blood pressure is normal, I sleep better (not great, but better), and I can do activities I didn't think possible. In short, your program has given me my life back. Thanks to you and your great staff.
