Better and healthy life

I had cravings for carbohydrates and sugar and could not lose weight. I had a belief that I need high protein to build muscles and that I can't gain muscles without eating a lot of carb and protein until I found your channel and started following KETO and IF. I lost more than 10kg body fat, dropped from 19 to 12%, lost about 2 sizes, and gained good muscle shape in 2 months and 2 weeks only. Plus, I have better concentration, more energy, less brain fog, higher testosterone, I can study better, eat less, feeling free to change some wrong beliefs about fat specially butter and lean protein myth for fat loss.
