Benefits of Autophagy

I started Nutritional Keto and Intermittent Fasting on September 15, 2020. I was convinced that even though I was diagnosed Type 1 diabetic, I thought I was actually Type 2 with severe insulin resistance.
Throughout this last year, I experienced amazing results. My HbA1c went from 7.4 to 6.1. I was able to lower my insulin resistance significantly, depression and anxiety are both gone. Fibromyalgia gone. If that isn’t amazing enough, let me tell you what happened with my skin. I had Keratosis about half the size of a dime and it’s completely gone. I had benign tumors in my feet and they are gone. Through Intermittent Fasting, when you go into Autophagy, you achieve cellular turnover and you have the ability to heal your own body.
