I weighed 249 lbs in February 2021. A lifetime of using food as a crutch. I referred to myself as a choco-holic. I could literally eat a pound of Hershey bars a day. I stumble upon Dr. Berg thru a Swedish Youtube channel when the virus first started. I was getting more up to date info from this guy, and he recommended Dr. Berg. I began to watch videos and thought "yeah, sure, 2 weeks and I can get rid of my sugar/chocolate addiction?" But I kept watching and slowly began making changes in my diet. By February, I decide to go all in. And it is actually true. I no longer crave sugar or chocolate. I can eat normally for the first time in my life. I have lost 40lbs since Feb and I still have a long way to go. But I truly believe I can lose it all with Keto, and that I will remain on Keto & IF for the rest of my life. It doesn't even feel like a diet. I am healthier than I've been in a long time. I am hoping my NAFL will shrink down eventually. My asthma and sleep apnea are already better. Somehow, I managed to dodge the diabetic bullet. Even at my worst, my sugar level was mid 80's. I am more active now. Losing weight is helping my arthritis and knee joints. Just a win-win all the way around. Thank you Dr. & Mrs. Berg! Thank you for getting the info out there and caring about humans, not about a Big P paycheck. You are a rarity and very appreciated!
