Back to pre-pandemic shape

After 3 weeks of keto I'm back to pre-pandemic shape. After the gyms shut down with covid and taking a new stressful job I started snacking a lot (potato chips mainly), I rarely exercised anymore and just fell into a downward spiral of too much crap food and too much cortisol from stress. I had been lifting weights 3-4 times a week, coaching soccer twice a week. I was the fitness I'd ever been. I got to 91 kg but also lost a lot of muscle. I was fat and my middle, live handles. After watching your videos and starting keto I've already lost 4kg and 3cm in 3 weeks and look so much better and feel so much better. I'm eating twice a day sometimes 1, I don't feel hungry and fast based on if I'm truly hungry. With less inflammation my sinuses are clearer as well. I did get a heavy heart beat and chest pain for a couple of days but worked it out that it was an electrolyte imbalance, I need more potassium. Overall life-changing stuff. Would recommend to anyone after watching your YouTube videos.
