I think it's safe to say that changing your diet really does work! As of today over 40 pounds down and 7 away from my goal! I started in April 2018. I have been at a stall for a couple of months, but have been working out now for 7 weeks and counting! Trying not to focus on the number and be positive about all the changes made, but I so badly want to say I made it to my goal! Almost there! I can taste it! Happy Friday!! Weight on the left 198 (yikes) Now 157 Gw 150 5'8.
