Almost 80 lbs.

Starting last Easter (266 lbs), I changed my eating schedule to follow an IF schedule(20-4). I also followed a KETO program of no more than 20g of gross carbs a day. By the beginning of August, I was down to 187 lbs. I couldn't consume 2000 cals if I wanted to. I just wasn't hungry. My goal is 180 lbs(6' tall, 49 yrs.). My Dr. says I should be between 135-175 lbs. Now that I have survived the "holidays" with minimal sweets, I plan on the final push. I wish my hair would have responded the way my weight loss did. Thank Dr. B.
