I started watching Dr. Berg a couple of years ago, within a couple of months, I caught on to what he was saying and started IF 10:30 am to 6:30 pm with Keto low carb. I added walks slowly and increased to hills to an hour a day and then after that started some HIIT a few times a week. I started at approx 137 and at about, the 5-month mark was approx 120. I have been at 116/118/120 for about 18 months now—- 48 and feelin’ great! I do struggle with some light headedness, weakness, heavy legs now and then, this might be lack of electrolytes or B1. I have not quite figured that out yet but manageable. I also used to go to doctors all the time prior and the last 2 years just a once a year check up is all I feel I need!!!
