At the start of this COVID era, I really kept up the plant diet, cut back on meat, and dairy. I went back to ACV once a day in the evening sometimes at bedtime or mid-evening.

After a couple of weeks, I really noticed the weight drop. A much healthier feeling. I mixed it with honey turmeric and cinnamon in water.

Also to boost immunity, I started drinking orange and Lemon Tea made and sold by a Hutterite colony. After watching your videos on vitamin D, I will be adding that to mine and to my family's diet!! Thanks!!
