Hi everyone! I started Intermittent Fasting at the beginning of August while doing 16:8/18:6 and sometimes even OMAD or longer fasting. I cook balanced meals for me and my girlfriend every day, we eat lots of veggies and protein, changed from white rice to brown rice/quinoa/bulgur, wholewheat bread instead of white, reduced consumption of white flour, quitted sugar and refined carb completely. In addition, we've been drinking ACV lemon water twice a day. We've also given up on all unhealthy snacks or processed food. We barely felt hungry because all we've been eating are foods that can last us longer. I've lost 7.6kg so far from 92.6kg to 85.0kg in 26 days and the number keeps dropping. I am happy to have seen the positive changes in me, I'm now able to fit in my precious size M clothing again, waking up easily and happily in the morning, feeling much more energetic throughout my day. I can positively say that I'll keep IF as our ongoing lifestyle and never go back to those bad habits. Will share more once I reach my next weight loss goal.
