A month ago, I had sugar cravings and I couldn't go without pizza, pasta (and I’m GF). I felt fat for the first time in 3 years.  I came across Dr. Berg and a video about fasting and eating cruciferous vegetables while fasting. A month later, I’m doing fasting consistently even OMAD.  and then I’m at weight from 3 years ago. Thank you Dr. Berg and thank you coffee with cream.
