A lazy person loses 125 pounds

Thank you Dr. Berg for all your videos. January 2021, I weighed 325 pounds and decided to lose some weight. When I was 21 years old I had the pleasure of being Dr. Atkins doubles tennis partner. He made me run for everything which I was glad to do because I was 21. So I figured I would do what I did when I was 21 and go on Keto. Unfortunately my metabolism at 57 is not what it was at 21. It became obvious that I was severely insulin resistant and Cephalic Phase Insulin Response was also a huge impediment to sustained weight loss. So after watching your videos and absorbing all of your helpful advice I started to do intermittent fasting. At first I did 16/8 then I went to 20/4. I did OMAD for a few weeks then carefully went to 5 day fasts, which put me in deep ketosis and the weight came off quickly. It’s been 8 months and I’ve lost 125 pounds total.
