90 lbs down in just over a year

I started with IF in April of 2020, doing the 16:8 schedule. I lost about 25 lbs in the first month or two. That was mostly water weight, but it was a good motivator and sign that what I was doing was working. In June 2020, a friend told me about her success with IF + keto, so I decided to try it. While it was hard at first giving up my potatoes and sweet coffee creamers, I really felt better once I’d been doing it for a few days. I’m currently down 90 lbs and am working on the last 40. I feel absolutely amazing when I stick to keto and I only eat 2x a day (breakfast and lunch). I’m rarely ever hungry outside my normal eating times. I used to be bloated all the time with swollen hands and feet/ankles, but not anymore. I feel energetic and there are so many things I can do now that I couldn’t before. I’ll never go back to the Standard American Diet again.
