78 KGs to 64 KGs in 8 WEEKS!!!

Hi Dr. Breg and Team,

I am Akshay from New Delhi, India age 28. I used to eat randomly any food whichever tasted "Good" and made me emotionally happy but made me overweight and grumpy all the time. I watched one video of Dr. Berg with the video titled " 21 days without Sugar", and I am glad to this day that I clicked on that video because, after that, I watched most of your videos and understood the concept of blood insulin level and how it impacts overall health. And even I did not know how soon Dr. Berg transformed my diet more towards Keto.

I was a great critic of the Keto diet but when the second lockdown happened in India, it gave me time to list all the superfoods and greens and have only these for 8 weeks. Initially, I started with 3 meals, no sugar, and snacks. Then thereafter, slowly shifted to two meals only that too no carbs. I started losing a Kilo or two each week that too drastically, now I don't feel hungry anymore. Moreover, I lost 14 kgs (78 to 64) in two months and moreover, I am happier and helpful to people around me.

Thanks, Dr. Berg, hope I can write more but my before and after images will tell how I look when during my graduation days. Uploading screenshots of images and comments from my colleagues who were surprised by my weight loss. To others, Fasting, Excercise and Superfoods will transform your life as well as it is way more economical than having junk.
