70lb lighter!!!

My name is Edi, I’m from Valley Mills Texas. I started keto 18 months ago. I just turned 57 years old. My son told me about it and said: "Mom you can do this - look at me". Him and his wife have lost all their weight and look good and they are healthy. That’s what I have always wanted - being healthy. I have struggled with my weight since I was 13 and would starve myself. I even went to extremely yo-yo diets and wait for it.. had surgery, gastric bypass, then a year later had a child, then 6 years later had another child. All c-sections.

For the first time I did something for myself. I was never good at sticking to the yo yo dieting, I always gained it back. This has been one of the first times I stuck with this because I never looked at it as a diet, I always looked at it as a way of living. Thank you Dr. Berg, I owe you for making this possible. I could have never done this without you. I do take all your supplements. I have my young kids on it also 21 and 16-years old. They don’t have problems with their weight yet, I am just showing it to them before a different way of living. Thank you again for all the videos and your knowledge.
