I was always thinking about food or eating it. I was led to believe that eating three meals a day was the only way to “healthy” lose weight, boy was I wrong! After binge-watching all your videos, I started OMAD and the weight just fell off! I’m 55 pounds down and still going. I have never felt so good! Thank you, Dr. Berg. Great content
