Good day, Dr. Berg. I finally have the courage to write you this Email to share my story all because of you!! Being fat and reached obesity for many years, I have tried so many ways to reduce my weight, and some works and some don’t. The main problem is it always bounces back and gains some more! One morning I weighed on the scale and shock of seeing 282. I had enough and start searching for the best way to help me reducing all these excessive fat. Being the lover of rice, noodles and all the carbs for all my life, I never thought I can cut it down and adding IF the results is just amazing!! I don’t crave for carbs and sugar anymore. Hunger goes away! I can easily to 1.5 or 1 meal a day. By now adding gym twice a week, I feel my muscle is gaining. Hoping I can achieve my 100 pounds loss mark by my 47th birthday in 5 months time! Job is not done yet! Low carbs plus IF will be with me for the rest of my life and I know is safe!! Thank you Dr. Berg
