40 lbs lost as of today by watching your videos and learning what kind of food to eat, how to start Intermittent Fasting, and what supplements to take and when. I have yet to begin Keto, and just so impressed with the results and adding more to my lifestyle. I am currently on my 2nd 43+ hour fast and feel great and today I am weighed 208 vs 248! My goal is 198 and I am 10lbs away and confident I will meet that. Started with a 10-hour window to 8 hours to 6 and was consistent in 8-6 hours but adding 43+ hour fasts and its progress. Don't give up, just watch the videos and learn and let go of sugar, stop spending money on alcohol, and invest in trace minerals and supplements that are missing from USDA-approved foods. Thank you so much, Dr. Berg, your wife, and your team for dedicating your lives to improve ours.
