4 months, Keto (ish) & One meal a day! 18.5 kilos (42 pounds) down! No workout at all. Gonna start working out now :) Had about 10 total cheat days in that time! From a XL to a M in shirts and down 3 sizes in pants :) Very proud and glad! Everything is so much easier now!
