35 Lb weight Loss

I lost 35 lbs in two months, dropping from 215 to 180 following Dr. Eric Berg's recommendation. I ate as much as I wanted to, and mainly eliminated problem foods that either contained sugar or carbs with a high glycemic index. No sweets, no fruit, no starches. I have reduced very small amounts of starches, such as croutons on my salads. I no longer have hypoglycemia, my mental acuity is much higher, and I am not hungry. I am going to allow my body to adjust to this new normal for a couple of months, and then eliminate another 10-20 lbs. My clothes fit better, I climb stairs to at a time, and my temperament is much better. I am a 67 year old Male. This was not at all difficult using Dr. Berg's program.
