297 pounds and unable to lose weight
By: Lydia McCormick
About two years ago, my blood pressure was out of control and my weight had slowly spiraled upwards to two hundred and ninety-seven pounds. I could no longer bath properly much less even cross my legs while sitting in a chair. I was at the point that I barely fit in a booth at a restaurant and I could not lose weight. I tried diligently for over a year to take off pounds to only lose and regain the same ten pounds repeatedly. My quality of life including my mobility was suffering greatly. I was in danger of stroke and heart attack. That's when I somehow found Dr. Berg and began to follow his videos on the Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting. Today, I am seventy-five pounds lighter and I never suffered or felt deprived during my entire weightloss experience. My blood pressure, which could not be controlled with high doses of two medications, is nearly normal. I am 55+ and now I am only prescribed one quarter of the dosage that I need prior to my weightloss. I feel normal again. It's like my life has been given back to me. I didn't even have to cook a lot. I've learned so much from Dr. Berg. I would be in a very bad place if I had not had the privilege of his instruction.
